Please note this recipe is not for beginners. Water is not a good solvent for cannabinoids. By making the canna syrup, you are wasting some level of cannabinoid in your flower and bud. This recipe is good for growers and low dosers. If you are looking for potent edible or sublingual ideas, check out our tincture page or cannabutter page for more information.
But if you are interested in an alcohol-free recipe, here we go.
Ingredients:
10 grams flower or trim;
2 grams kief (optional);
4 cups water;
4 cups sugar (I prefer raw cane sugar but granulated works as well);
3 tablespoons vegetable glycerin (this is a binding agent and a thickener).
Preparation - Decarb Cannabis:
Preheat oven for decarboxylation
Set mode using #ECRUDecarb Kit
Mix flower or trim with kief. Spread the mixture on the glass pan
Cover the glass pan with a lid. Insert prob to the lid
Start Baking

I like this item. The smell of baking cannabis is not a pleasant one for me. While I still smell it while I'm cooking with it, I don't smell it while it's baking. I like that the flower or trim doesn't overly brown as it does its foil, and I'm able to add kief to the mix without worrying about it sticking to the pan. It kinda reminds me of using the mason jar method without the need to roll the jar.

Conclusion:
Please do not make this recipe a very potent way to dose cannabinoids. Keep in mind water is not a good solvent for cannabinoids. The recipe will be exceptionally useful for growers. For store-bought cannabis flowers or buds, you might want to try making tincture or cannabutter at home. This recipe is for people who want to enjoy non-alcohol drinks and people who want to incorporate cannabis into their daily life.
